This form is only for expression of interest. A stall is blocked in the name of the exhibitor only after payment of token amount as per the rate card.
Management shall verify the credential of the interested exhibitor and confirm availability of the Stall applied for. Filling the form does not guarantee allotment of stall.
Stall numbers mentioned above are already booked.
For multiple participants for the same stall, allotment will be given to the party whose payment is received first.
Booking amount calculation : Booking amount is 10%, it is to be calculated as 10% of the stall size in sq. mtr. multiplied by rate. e.g. if you are booking a stall stall size 3x3, the calculation will be 9 MTR x10% = 0.9 MTR x Rate 9000 per sq. mtr. = 8100 + 18% GST = INR 9558 only
