SOMS

Presenting SOMS

Residue Free High Yielding Farming Practice

01

Soluble Fertilizer

Nutrient recharge in soil plant & Human,

  • High yielding, nutrient rich food
  • Zero residue in soil, water, air, leaves, crops, High immunity crops
02

Organic & Bio Fertilizer

Soil Preservation,
Environmental
protection

  • Carbon regeneration
  • Traditional way of farming with Jeevamrut, Gomutra, Cowdung, Bacteria
03

Micronutrient & Soil Amendment Fertilizer

Nutrient Management

  • Supply of Secondary Nutrients to plants and Human (Calcium, Iron, Zinc etc.)
04

Stimulant

Target based farming

  • Use of Vegetable, animal & other organic compounds for Intervention based crop growth

Advantages of SOMS Practice to the Crop

The usage efficiency, efficacy increases manifold when combined with rest of the SOMS groups such as
FYM, Micronutrients and Stimulants

Advantages of SOMS Practice To Soil Conservation

Stimulants

Stimulants are applied in such
small quantity and with such high efficacy that the possibility of traces are negligible

Soluble Fertilizer

Soluble Fertilizer – With 95% nutrient efficiency “Soluble Fertilizer” uptake by plant is 95% and remaining is evaporation. It leaves no traces in the soil or leaves. It’s a “Zero Residue” Agri Input.

Organic Fertilizer

Organic Fertilizer – FYM, Bacteriacculture and all other bio fertilizers are known for soil conservation tools.

Micronutrients

Micronutrients are known soil amenders. Excess utilization of some sulphatic micronutrients do for deposits but the advent of micronutrient fertilizer into chelates has completely removed the possibility of any residue in soil, leaves, water or air

Future of Soms

Regulatory Reforms

Bio stimulants is regulated and further process is going on. Frequent regulatory changes in FCO is expected in the coming years. New PGRs are lined up for listing and another layer of licenses are expected for the bio stimulants.

New Product Development

Crop specific Customized NPK formulations, mix bio stimulant formulations, NPK mixed formulations are likely to gain popularity in short term. New stimulant registration , chelates of other organic compound & bio waste based fertilizers will be in focus.

Volume Growth

Consumption of SOMS is expected to grow by 5-10% yoy across multiple crops over the next 10 years. Consumption propelled by adoption in Maize, Wheat, sugar cane will equate volumes of horticulture in near future

Competition

Global players such as Hai-fa, ICL, Yara, Indian giants HURL entering the market directly will increase competition. However, small & medium players are expected to dominate niche space with tailor made services.

Domestic Capacity Expansion

Indigenous production capacity building can be expected in the coming years. Soluble NPK formulation is already indigenous. Basic raw material, ,Stimulant production will develop in the years to come.

Key steps for entering Indian Market

  • A registered Firm in India
  • Permanent office and Storage space
  • A person responsible for quality
  • Qualification : Graduate in Chemical, Agriculture
  • Import Export Code (IEC)
  • Goods & Services Tax registration
  • Laboratory
For foreign entity for Sales of fertilizer in India : Bulk
  • A  license is required to be obtained from the state /Province. at least one province where fertilizer is imported first.
  • License to be obtained from each province.
(customer in a few other provinces may not need you to take license in their province)
  • Can sell to other fertilizer companies without storage
    in his province.
  • Packing : can be neutral.
For foreign entity for Sales of fertilizer in India : Branded retail
  • Complete import formalities
